ULIBAAA Constitution and Bylaws
The Constitution and Bylaws of the University of Liberia Alumni Association in the Americas (ULIBAAA) serve as the foundational governing document of the organization. They outline the structure, purpose, and rules that guide the association's operations.
The Constitution establishes the name, mission, and objectives of ULIBAAA, while the Bylaws provide detailed rules for membership, elections, meetings, finances, and other organizational matters.
