Board of Directors

The University of Liberia Alumni Association in the Americas, Inc,  board of Directors is the governing body of the Association and is composed of seven members elected by the General Assembly for a two-year term.

The Alumni Board adopts all budgets of the organization, including operating and capital budgets and as well as direct the investment and care of all funds and monies of the Association.
